My parents hosted Chinese New Year dinner this year and they went all out with a seafood feast steamboat. Steamboat is also known as hot pot in other cultures and it is one of the best family-style meals one could have!

We had so much food and it was so delicious! Definitely a fantastic way to celebrate. Happy year of the horse everyone! <3
